Refund policy
At JODA Scrubs, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer returns within 14 days of delivery.Â
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:Â
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Returned with all original tags attached.
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair or signs of wear.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when returning an item for a refund, exchange, or change of mind. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a customer requests an exchange for a different product or size, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Replacement shipping is not provided free of charge.
- Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item, as JODA Scrubs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.Â
